Affinity Medical Group is an independent practice association of nearly 700 primary care and specialist physicians in Alameda, Contra Costa and, now, Santa Clara counties. Physician-founded and run since 1999, we’ve grown with our communities and now serve more than 25,000 member patients, including 5,000 seniors. We contract with all of the major health plans and are uniquely positioned to provide our patients with the finest, most advanced medical care possible through our close affiliation with state-of-the-art medical centers and hospitals in the Bay Area.
