New Features

  • A designated office administrator will now be able to manage the user accounts of your practices’ staff.
  • Submit a Provider Help Form more easily with the new Ask a Question button.
  • Referral Notifications will allow you to receive automatic notifications in your In-Basket when your authorizations have been processed.
  • Current PCP and Payor information will now appear in the patient banner along with a patient photo
